A concept for future living

The form of the design arises from the desire to address the special nature of the corner plot. Instead of an introverted closed body that clearly separates itself from the outside with its four outer walls, the cube is broken up and opened towards the street. The incision divides the building from the outside into two volumes of different sizes; inside, a flowing space results that can be understood as the main component of the design. Making this space tangible is the ambition and the prerequisite for the design of the individual floors.
