My conception of architecture is the craftsmanship and aesthetic engagement of human beings with space and time, with a wide variety of materials, surfaces and forms. For me, architects are those who actively contribute to a new environmental awareness and drive and change society. In doing so, I don't imagine a monotonous and bureaucratic daily routine, but rather the freedom to experiment and to engage with people. In this respect, it fascinates me to bring my own artistic touch to architecture.
